Shipping Info
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are charged to the order. We do our best to ship orders the next business day after your order. If products are out of stock, we will communicate that to you, as well as an estimated timeline. Shipping times vary, although we make every effort to use delivery services to get you your item in 3-4 business days or less. However with the current state of shipping, those estimates may be delayed.
We are currently unable to ship internationally, so orders will be limited to the continental US.
If you refuse your package or the package is returned to sender, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as fees that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Desert Unlimited, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded.
Payment Info
All payment must be handled on the website through our payment processing options with the exception of local pickup orders. We are unable to take your card information over the phone or through email.
